    Thanks for your e-mail. I should point out that the house has passed all the necessary inspections, health and fire checks etc. for use as a b&b. However, I have not ran it as such. Currently there are two bedrooms downstairs for use as letting rooms with a bathroom to share. However, there is another room which could be converted into another bathroom, effectively giving each room its’ own bathroom. The property has not been sold yet, but I lost my wife to cancer last year and am keen to move back to my family in North yorkshire so I would negotiate on the price to a degree if any offer was not derisory.
